Thinking that there was an Army Navy branch in MOA, I told my mom that we'll just go there. Turned out there was no Army Navy there, so I dropped the burger as one of our choices. My mom didn't want to go to Glorietta too so we just stuck with MOA and I just made some research on where is the best place to eat. Something different this time, something we haven't eaten at for a long time, if not the first time. And the top pick was...
Don Henrico's! |
My mom was hesitant at first. She was like "Mahal diyan diba?" What she didn't know is that I was already prepared for it, haha! Girl scout! I was the one paying anyway, so it was my call, and we proceeded to our lunch date at Don Henrico's.
I believe I've only eaten at Don Henrico's once before last Saturday. So I was pretty excited about it, and all I could remember is that it's delicious there. And they still hasn't disappointed me.
We ordered Mozarella Sticks which has a weird coating that I don't know where it's made of, but still tastes awesome. And one order of Spaghetti Meatballs which is already good for sharing. I really don't like pure tomato sauce for pasta because it's sour. But this one wasn't that sour so I was able to enjoy it, and the meatball was really, really good.
We decided to go for the 10" California White for our pizza. It had pineapple, bacon, pepperoni, and a whole lot of cheese. It was just soooooo good. (and sinful?) The crust was just right, it wasn't too thick nor too thin, and it was also just the right amount of softness. We weren't able to finish everything we ordered though, so we ended up taking some of it home to kuya.
We went out of Don Henrico's with very satisfied stomachs and a repeat is definitely on the wings. Even the prices are worth it. We even got to see their mascot which surprisingly has a long hair pala because his hair was ponytailed at the back. Anyway, we thought he danced well, so kudos to the one who wore that mascot.
People, if you haven't yet, Don Henrico's is a must try. If you have, then let's go and try it again. :)
P.S.
And I just have to say, majority of the waiters there were really good looking.
Just saying.
:)
